One sheet per project per week — add a section below for each task worked, then the labour, plant and materials for that task.
One section per task worked this week. Standing (idle) hours are recorded separately for labour and plant — essential evidence for NEC compensation events. Material quantities are per day in the material's unit (m³, t, no., loads).
Optional at time of entry — a sheet can be saved unsigned and approved later via Edit. Once approved, any edit removes the approval and the sheet must be re-signed.
All data is stored centrally in the OBR database and shared between signed-in users. The backup is a belt-and-braces snapshot; export to Excel for commercial records.
